1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and jomkiss9 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by jomkiss9 under the domain jomkiss9.onl and any related subdomains.

By performing any of the following actions — registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, using any platform feature, or downloading the JomKiss9 app — you are deemed to have fully accepted and agreed to this Agreement without any additional conditions.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the jomkiss9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

• Not an employee, contractor, or representative of JomKiss9 or any of its affiliated companies.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. jomkiss9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Account Management

Your JomKiss9 account is personal and cannot be transferred to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by yourself or by any other party you have or have not authorised to access the account.

• Keep your password secure and never share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Always log out of your account when you're done using a shared device.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Keep your account information — including your phone number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times.

JomKiss9 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. We will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or phone.

4 Deposits & Payments

JomKiss9 accepts a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay, MAE, and online bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• The payment method used for deposits must be in the name of the registered member — third-party payments are not accepted.
• JomKiss9 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method at any time as part of the verification process.
• Any additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers are beyond jomkiss9's control and will be borne by the member.
• JomKiss9 does not accept deposits in the form of cash, e-wallet top-ups from unregistered sources, or any payment method not listed on the platform.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your jomkiss9 account are subject to the following terms and procedures. We are committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently, though certain verification steps are required to ensure the security of your funds.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, including a copy of your ID and proof of address.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering (rollover) requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit — jomkiss9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing time: Platinum and Diamond VIP members within 5 minutes; regular members between 30 minutes and 2 hours during normal operating hours.
• JomKiss9 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a security measure.

6 Bonus Terms & Promotions

JomKiss9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be read carefully before being accepted.

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement, clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• JomKiss9 reserves the right to void any bonuses and related winnings if abuse or misuse of the bonus system is proven.
• Bonuses have a set validity period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

JomKiss9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, agreed terms for bonuses currently under active wagering will not be changed retrospectively.

7 Game Rules

• The results of all casino and slot games are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.
• For sports betting, all bets placed before an event begins are subject to the odds at the time the bet is confirmed.

• Bets placed accidentally or as a result of a proven system error may be voided at jomkiss9's discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the jomkiss9 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that assists in making betting decisions automatically.
• Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Bonus system abuse, including registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Unauthorized intrusion or attempts to access jomkiss9 systems, servers, or data.
• Spreading false or misleading information about jomkiss9 to third parties.
• Any action intended to compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the jomkiss9 platform.

The collection, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, and service improvement.
• JomKiss9 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or in certain cases, request its deletion.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

JomKiss9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time with or without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that a member was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or during use of the platform.
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Failure to comply with document verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure request submitted by the member.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process, unless the balance is associated with suspected fraudulent activity.

11 Liability Limits

The jomkiss9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep our services running without interruption at all times, there are certain liability limitations you should be aware of:

• JomKiss9 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or cyber attacks beyond our control.

12 Terms and Conditions Amendment

JomKiss9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

Continued use of the jomkiss9 platform after a change notice has been issued will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
